Trout farm Ermisch Neustadt

The family business Forellenhof G. Ermisch offers a variety of fresh fish from the smoker, including trout, char, halibut, redfish, mackerel, eel and many other varieties.

Different species of fish are bred in the ponds, including carp, tench, pike, zander, sturgeon and small fish species. The breeding facility includes a wide range of species, including brown trout, char, grayling, rainbow trout and salmon.

At the two beautiful fishing ponds, it is possible to fish without a fishing license, but a permit is required, which is issued at the Forellenhof G. Ermisch office or farm store.
No closed seasons - fishing is possible 365 days a year. Registration is required at weekends and for groups.
