The circular route leads to the highest mountain in the Northern Black Forest with magnificent views. There are three places to stop for food and drinks: directly at Seibelseckle, in the Grinde Hut on the Hornisgrinde, and at the Mummelsee mountain hotel.

Start and end point of this snowshoe route is the parking lot at Seibelseckle. The first section of the path up to the Hornisgrinde is quite steep. As a reward, wonderful wide and distant views await on the Hornisgrinde high plateau, including the opportunity to stop at the Grinde Hut. From there, the path leads past the mountain watch hut down to the Mummelsee, where another place to stop awaits. The last section of the path runs parallel to the B 500 back to the starting point at Seibelseckle.
