The restaurant at the Laasenhof Resort serves seasonal, regional cuisine with great respect for the produce and a preparation method that minimises waste. The "no waste" principle is applied here and everything that is possible is utilised. The greatest possible value is placed on resource-saving products from the region: Wherever possible, the products with the lowest consumption of energy, packaging and transport routes are used.
The spacious indoor area with conservatory offers a unique view. When the weather is fine, the outdoor area is also open. Here you can enjoy food and drinks outdoors and take in the views of the surrounding landscape of Saxon Switzerland.
For exclusive evenings and special occasions, there is a separate sandstone room and a wine cellar.
