New in the libraries: Thanks to the funding of the Lower Saxony Library Development Programme - Digitization of Public Libraries in Rural Areas, new digital ways for reading fun could be purchased.The libraries in Hooksiel and Horumersiel have joined the Onleihe Niedersachsen library network. This enables them to offer their readers access to a wide range of digital media such as eBooks, ePapers, eAudios and eVideos, which can be downloaded around the clock via a web portal. Membership of the libraries is required to use the Onleihe.
