Church
The parish church dedicated to St. Joseph is also a Marian pilgrimage church to the "Mother of Seven Joys".
Marienloh was originally called Bendesloh, but was already called Marienloh in the Middle Ages. This means that there must have been Marian devotion at this time. The first church, the Loreto Chapel, was consecrated in 1680 by Auxiliary Bishop Niels Stensen. The miraculous image also comes from this chapel. It was probably created by the Paderborn artist Getrud Gröninger in the 17th century.

During the last renovation in 2012/2013, the Berlin artist Peter Schubert painted the large ceiling painting. It is around 80 square meters in size. Peter Schubert also painted the choir wall behind the crucifixion group.
