This circular route is 13.6 km long. The start and finish point is at the Schützenhalle in Fürstenberg. There are two longer climbs on this route, so you will need a bit of stamina. The first ascent is at the beginning of the route in Fürstenberg on the Antenberg and the other ascent begins at the Aabach dam in the direction of Fürstenberg. The path is mainly asphalted. Only at Forsthaus Glashütte is a section of the trail a paved forest path. Water accompanies you along the way. Sometimes in the form of small streams that repeatedly appear at the edge of the path, sometimes as fish ponds and finally as a dam, which you cycle alongside for a while. This was put into operation in 1983, has a capacity of 20 million liters and supplies 250,000 people with drinking water every day. The Aabachtalsperre supplies the districts of Warendorf, Gütersloh, Soest and Paderborn with drinking water. The route is varied and beautiful to ride.
