The Eilenburg loop takes cyclists on a circular route through the town of Eilenburg. Historical sites and sights are cycled along the way.

Past the train station, the route leads along the town park with its lovingly designed zoo to the castle hill with the mountain church of St. Mary and the Sorbenturm. Other highlights worth seeing are Saxony's only flatland ski jump and the post mile column on Butzbacher Platz. In the town center, you can visit the town museum, the market square with the Eilenburg town hall and the church of St. Nikolai. Camera Historica steles at several locations provide a view of parts of the town before its destruction at the end of the Second World War.
The Eilenburg loop is signposted.
