In Bad Düben, a stop at the historic Obermühle mill is well worthwhile. The watermill is the oldest of its kind in the region. With its cozy mill café and garden atmosphere, this is a great place to take a break.

The Bitterfeld Water Center, a former waterworks, is also located on Lake Goitzsche and is now an information and education center offering a wide range of activities related to water, the elixir of life.
