The tour takes you through wooded areas, along the Neisse River and partly through the city. It includes a major ascent and requires good physical condition.

This jogging tour is intended for the more demanding. You will jog through steep areas.

Start in the "Stadion der Freundschaft" and follow the signposting of the Oder-Neisse cycle path past the "Obermühle". Continue jogging along the ascent of Dr.-Kahlbaum-Allee to Goethestraße. Afterwards the route goes back along the vineyard in the direction of the "Stadion der Freundschaft".
