Over the Grünsee to the Roßkopf

The Spitzing area can often offer snow a bit earlier than the surroundings, which is why many do their first tours of the season there. From the Stümpfling parking lot, the tour first goes downhill to the Valepper Alm and then up the Grünsee descent to the Roßkopf. This part of the ski area is somewhat quieter than the descents at Stümpfling and Sutten and is therefore popular with ski tourers – the official ascent track also runs here. Downhill, the tour passes by the Grünsee and then returns to the starting point.

Please note that nature is particularly sensitive in the cold season. Please stick to the specified ascents and descents to avoid damaging the protected areas of flora and fauna.
