While the volcanic cones of the Eifel glide past on the horizon, the route climbs moderately uphill on comfortable, well-maintained cycle paths. Inspired by its exuberant temperament, you can be carried to the Thürer Wiesen nature reserve or learn how people once used the volcanic tuff of the Eastern Eifel in the Meurin Roman mine.
