Kneipp Hike

 Join a guided circular hike to discover the five elements of Sebastian Kneipp’s holistic health concept in the great outdoors. Together, you’ll hike along the Eisenstraße to the water treading pool at
 Fuchsbach. Along the way, you’ll learn who Sebastian Kneipp was and how he became world-famous as the “water doctor.”
Exercise and nutrition are two key elements of Kneipp’s health concept. He also placed great emphasis on building a resilient body. The simplest and most natural way to build resilience is  walking barefoot. Anyone who’d like to is welcome to give it a try. Medicinal herbs and
 wild plants help us stay healthy or regain our health.
 Along the trail toward Panoramahöhe, there are numerous opportunities to discover and learn about plants. The next destination is the  Bismarck Tower. After about 6.5 km and a two-hour hike, our Kneipp tour comes to an end.

Participation fee: 15,-€, to be paid in cash to the hike leader at the meeting point.
