For 60 years now, the Dumont family have been combining traditional German cuisine with fresh ideas at their restaurant, ‘Zur Rohrbacher Glashütte’, in Rohrbach near St. Ingbert, whilst maintaining a commitment to quality

The Rohrbach Glassworks invites you to combine your visit to the restaurant with a walk or a cycle ride around the idyllic Glashütter Weiher. The charming natural surroundings of Rohrbach make every outing a special experience. During the summer months, you can also enjoy a relaxing time in the cosy beer garden surrounded by greenery.

In the stylish restaurant, featuring a wood-burning stove and a Swiss stone pine-panelled dining room, you’ll find a delightful blend of traditional dishes and creative, seasonal specialities. The kitchen places great emphasis on freshness and regularly surprises guests with new culinary ideas.

The Rohrbacher Glashütte offers a varied selection of dishes with something to suit every taste.

The restaurant is nestled in the unspoilt countryside of the St. Ingbert Valley, surrounded by the Kleberbach Valley and the ‘Im Glashüttental/Rohrbachtal’ nature reserve. This area is a habitat for numerous animal species, including common toads and even the North American snapping turtle.

This local recreation area is a popular destination for day trips: a circular walk invites you to stroll and relax, whilst sunbathing lawns, a barbecue area, a shelter and a foot bath provide additional refreshment.
