Welcome to Wunstorf's traditional bakery! With around 15 branches and 3 cafés, we are there for you from Rinteln and Hameln to Wunstorf and Burgdorf. You will find a large selection of delicious breads, rolls, pastries, snacks, café products and much more. Many of our baked goods are baked according to traditional family recipes - we have also retained our great passion for baking for generations.

We make no compromises when it comes to the quality of our ingredients. Wherever possible, we source all ingredients from regional producers, even if this is sometimes a little more expensive. For example, our popular pumpkin seed rolls are always baked for you with original Styrian pumpkin seed oil of the best quality. Or our Heidesand cookies - for over 50 years they have been lovingly prepared according to Oppa Fritz's family recipe using the best ingredients.
