The small organic bakery is located in Winzlar near the Steinhuder Meer circular trail

The café with organic bakery offers ice cream, snacks, snacks, cakes, pizzas and other specialties. The ingredients for the baked goods are organically grown and the raw materials are sourced locally. The café garden has a beautiful garden with shady spots and play areas for children.

Dear Customers and Resellers,

Dear friends of the baking trade and lovers of delicious baked goods. It is what it is… After nearly 40 years of running our bakery and café, we would like to take an extended break. We won’t be stepping away completely, but will use this time to create something new.

Our last day of baking was Saturday, December 20, 25.

Thank you very much for your trust over the years, and thank you for your understanding.

Specialties

The raw materials come from controlled organic cultivation by Bioland or Demeter.
They are also baked according to controlled organic guidelines.
Sweetening is done with organic honey, organic sugar or dried fruit.
