Down-to-earth and firmly anchored in traditional craftsmanship and regional roots, the business is run by master butcher Ulrich Schumann and his partner Dr Eveline Didion. We produce in two plants, in Hann. Münden and in Gottsbüren near Kassel. Our craftsmanship and traditional recipes are based on experience gained over generations. As a result, our old and new sausage specialities have received many coveted international recognitions and awards. We count gourmets from all over the world among the customers of our regional products.
