The Cadera bakery and patisserie has been around since 1853 - first in Cologne and since 1943 in Wolfsburg. This tradition is an obligation! Firstly to preserve the traditional craft and secondly to lead the company successfully into the future. We see this as our mission and we work towards it every day!
