Chef kocht cooks fresh food every day: depending on the season and what is freshly available from regional suppliers, the two chefs conjure up something delicious for (almost) every taste. They cook for fans of hearty food, vegetarians and vegans. Only selected food is put in the pot and on the plate. Because some things simply taste better when their time has come. Their grandparents already knew this and Tanja and David Simon continue to do so. That's why there is no fixed menu, but a menu of the day. You eat as you are. And the Simon family cooks as they are.

"It must not only taste good, but you should also have a good feeling.That's what we want to convey to our customers in our small, fine store.One is a matter of taste.The other is an attitude.We want to offer our customers high-quality food.We do not use any flavor enhancers, additives or preservatives.We don't want to overdo it, but we live our concept.Our preserving jar lids contain neither PVC nor BPA.We use compostable disposable packaging made from sugar cane fibers.Of course you can also bring your own containers.We use green electricity and our internet provider is also eco-friendly.And: throwing away food is not our thing.We don't like to do leftovers.That's why we recycle things as best we can.
