We smoke fish at least three times a week. Our freshly filled fish rolls in different variations are always worth a trip.

Try the Mediterranean salmon roll with homemade iced tea. We serve our delicious smoked fish (eel, salmon, trout and mackerel) with a crispy bakery roll. We are happy to pack the smoked fish and fish rolls so that you can enjoy them at home. Try our delicacies in a rural idyll on our terrace or, if the weather is not so nice, in our cozy dining room.

Enjoy hot coffee specialties, non-alcoholic cold drinks or regional Jever Pils, in a beach chair or in our adjacent flower field, where you can put together a beautiful bouquet from different types of flowers.
