... in Döhren there is not only ice cream in summer, but also in winter. Only the opening hours are somewhat restricted. And the range is different: "In winter, we sell less sorbet and more varieties with cinnamon or plum." Erika Miethe and Friedrich Söchtig even host Christmas parties in the ice cream parlor.

In the warmer months, however, the 100 or so seats in the courtyard are still the most popular, especially as there are always sunny and shady tables. The farm dog, a golden retriever, greets each guest individually and quickly makes friends with the guests' dogs. In short: everything is totally relaxed in Erika's ice cream parlor.
