Gasthaus Evers, family-run for over 100 years. Baron von Campe leased this restaurant to Marie Evers in 1907 - then in 1934 it became family-owned. After 25 years of leasing, the Evers inn was run by the Janze family again from 1989.
In January 2023, the name was changed to the "Brauner Hirsch" restaurant - a name with a long tradition. André Könnicke ran his restaurant "Brauner Hirsch" in Celle for 8 years. A place where conviviality with "Ochsenfetzen" and a freshly tapped beer was the order of the day.
A cozy and stylish atmosphere characterizes the ambience in the restaurant area. Six types of beer on tap and vegetarian dishes are also served. The light-flooded large hall is designed for up to 120 guests. A cozy beer garden for the warm season invites you to linger. A federal bowling alley for games, fun and sports is available.
The specialty of the restaurant "Brauner Hirsch" is to individually organize a meal, a wedding celebration, a birthday, a company party or an anniversary together with the guest.
In addition, events such as live music, grilled suckling pig or dance events are offered.
