The "Hohe Düne" is located on the beach promenade. This means that you have to climb a slope. The "Hohe Düne" can only be reached from the "Meerwasser-Erlebnisbad" via a steep flight of steps. This is not suitable for wheelchair users. A path leads from the east side (water tower) to the "Hohe Düne", which is free of steps. However, there is a slope here. The lower terrace is otherwise easily accessible for wheelchair users. There is a small ramp to the umbrella bar. The restaurant can be reached via a ramp.
