The lake side has a stunning view across the lake to the opposite shore at all times of the year. Here you can enjoy the evening sun, which bathes the lake in ever-changing colors and gives you that South Sea feeling.

Fresh, healthy and unadulterated - that is the motto in the kitchen. Here, we cook to the rhythm of nature, following the seasons, using seasonal and predominantly regional produce. The respectful treatment of the delicacies from nature, animals and resources is particularly important to the chef. In summer and fall, the restaurant is supplied with vegetables from the Obermühle garden. Cooperation with regional farmers and fishermen also minimizes transport routes and contributes to reducing CO² emissions.
