Café Klett offers a wide selection of organic leaf tea, coffee and espresso specialties.


Café Klett invites you to stay a while in every season. In summertime you can sit down in the garden and in winter you can find a cozy place by the tiled stove indoors. 
Guests can enjoy coffee and tea specialties, a cup of hot cocoa or a cup of warm organic milk. If you´re in the mood for cold drinks, you can choose from soft drinks and local juices as well as liquor, wine and local beers
In addition, the café serves a selection of cakes, soups or sandwiches.

Upstairs you will find the traditional artistic pottery with beautiful hand-made pottery for sale.
Opening hours pottery: Monday - Saturday 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.; mornings by appointment only

Directions & Parking facilities

The Kunsttöpferei, the gallery and Café Klett are located on the outskirts of Fredelsloh.

It is best reached by car, by bike or after a nice hike.

From Einbeck to Fredelsloh by car takes about 25 minutes (approx. 20 km). The pottery with the large chimney can be easily recognized from afar and you can park directly at the café. There are 12 parking spaces available.
