The light-flooded restaurant is warm and inviting thanks to the combination of urban chic and natural materials. On warm days, the outdoor seating area on Coppistraße invites you to linger.

The Schwung und Schwebe is characterized by its regional and seasonal dishes. The meat comes from the farm in Graditz near Torgau and instead of guacamole there is pea puree. The host is happy to tell you about the dishes and their origins.

For families with children, there is a ramp that makes the restaurant accessible with baby carriages. There are high chairs, a play box and baby changing facilities. Dishes are prepared for children on request, far away from chicken nuggets and fries.
