A warm welcome to the traditional restaurant Mü 1!

The newly renovated premises, featuring modern décor, have created a welcoming, cosy atmosphere that is popular with local clubs and societies. Its central location, right next to St. Ingbert railway station, makes Mü 1 easily accessible. In summer, the beer garden is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time outdoors – ideal for a cosy get-together with friends, family or club groups.

Mü 1 is one of the town’s last remaining traditional pubs – somewhat out of step with the times, yet a lively meeting place for anyone who wants to enjoy a beer, have a chat or simply spend their free time together. Here, tradition meets a modern hospitality experience, and the personal atmosphere makes every visit special.

The building used to be known as the ‘Bergmannsheim’ (miners’ club): after their shift, the miners would meet here for a beer, whilst in the evenings the venue hosted club activities, singing and music. The pub opposite the station was part of everyday life in the town and an integral part of the community. Today it is called Mü 1, but it has retained much of the tradition, conviviality and spirit of that era. Anyone who comes here can sense the blend of history, tradition and modern hospitality – a place where young and old alike feel welcome.
