Schinken Diele, this was the name under which our owner-managed store on the outskirts of Bad Iburg was founded in 1974. Since nothing is more constant than change, you will find us today under the name "Schinken Gerdes - Feinkost & Tapas" right in the heart of Bad Iburg. In the passage "Zur Alten Metzgerei", Große Straße 7-9, we welcome you in modernly furnished sales and bistro rooms.

In addition to the classic ham, salami and cheese varieties you will also find homemade Spanish tapas, exquisite wines or individual, lovingly compiled gift baskets in our range. We offer culinary enthusiasts a wide variety of delicacies from Germany and the Mediterranean region 

We round off our generous offer with the popular wine tastings. At regular intervals, we invite you to a culinary evening in cooperation with the wine shop Tim Riemann from Osnabrück. Wine tasting and professional advice from Mr. Riemann in combination with delicious tapas are our top priority.
