Volière summer bar
There’s always a cool breeze here, even on the hottest of summer days: the Volière summer café is located on Lucerne Inseli, directly by Lake Lucerne. The summer bar is open from the beginning of April to the end of September.
Where once there were caged birds, the team now serves you refreshing drinks and tasty food every day. There's a large selection of beverages, with local products a speciality: home-made iced tea, coffee from Lucerne's Neustadt quarter, freshly tapped Lucerne beer and white wine from the Sitenrain Estate in Meggen.
Mouthwatering vegetarian and vegan lunches are available from Monday to Friday. In terms of snacks, bagels are served in the evenings and at weekends.
