Try the Bruder Jacobs Maultaschen, either with potato salad or a fine mushroom sauce. Our freshly baked tarte flambée "Alsatian style" or "Veggie" is served on a wooden board.

We also offer meatballs with a fine roast onion sauce and potato salad as well as freshly prepared Swabian sausage salad with monastery bread. We recommend a Maulbronner Klosterbräu, a glass of Eilfingerberg Riesling or a refreshing Heimat-Spritz with 50 % grape juice.
