Directions & Parking facilities
- The café-bistro "Zum Dübel" is located in Rüspel on the Kliemannsland grounds. This small village is near Zeven, between Hamburg and Bremen. It’s a 10-minute drive from the A1 and a 5-minute drive from downtown Zeven.
By car:
From Bremen, take the A1 and exit at Elsdorf, then drive to the roundabout. Head toward Groß Meckelsen or Sittensen, and at some point along the route (before Volkensen), turn left toward Rüspel.
From Hamburg, take the Sittensen exit; drive through Sittensen and Groß Meckelsen, then head toward Elsdorf and turn right after Volkensen toward Rüspel.
By public transportation and bicycle:
From Bremen or Hamburg, you can take the Metronom train line and get off at Lauenbrück. From there, it’s another 17 km by bike to Rüspel. For more information on traveling by public transportation, visit www.vnn.de
There is also a bus route from Bremen to the Zeven bus station. From there, the district’s shared-ride taxi service (ASTROW), Route 863, offers a way to get from Zeven to Rüspel. Buses depart from the respective stops at the times listed in the schedule. Rides must be booked in advance at least one hour before departure by calling 04261 / 983-1111.
