With its location directly on the lake, it offers water fun and relaxation at the same time: visitors can not only enjoy the tranquil nature here, but also experience a variety of activities on and around the water. Family and child-friendliness are at the heart of the offer: for younger guests there are several playgrounds, dinosaur cars, pedal boat hire and a regular children's programme during the vacations with bouncy castles, air cushions, soccer and other attractions, organized by the site's entertainment team. Dogs are welcome on the site, provided they are well behaved - however, they must be kept on a lead and there are special rules for visiting the beach. In addition to games and sports facilities (e.g. Kettcar rental, basketball court, youth court), guests can also try out stand-up paddling or other water activities. A bread roll service provides refreshments in the morning and there are catering options on site. A special highlight at Lake Kransburg is the new "Aqua Chimp" water climbing course, a floating adventure and climbing park on the lake, which offers additional attractions for adventure-seekers of all ages and is reminiscent of the feel of ninja warrior courses. The site is open all year round, making it possible to enjoy nature, fresh air and regional culture both in summer and in the quieter season. Reception is open daily in the high season and by appointment in the winter months.
