Spacious vacation home and natural camping park with swimming lake in Hipstedt near Bremervörde

Our quietly located and barrier-free vacation home in Hipstedt near Bremervörde has sleeping facilities on the first floor, a large, cozy living room with seating and dining area, a fireplace, TV and music system, fitted kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, electric stove, fridge and freezer as well as a bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, toilet, large corner bathtub, washing machine, dryer and terrace. Two further bedrooms and a living room/bedroom with TV are located on the upper floor.

Next door is our 23-hectare camping park for motorhomes and tent vacationers. Our guests can look forward to a natural swimming lake, a large playground with a giant slide, cable car, table tennis table, a soccer pitch and a beach volleyball court. In addition, two beautiful, small wooden vacation homes for two to four people have recently been completed at the camping park. Another large lake invites you to go rowing or paddling, and anglers will also get their money's worth. The surrounding area is also ideal for cycling or hiking.

The first floor of our vacation home, which is fully equipped with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, is barrier-free accessible and furnished.

Directions & Parking facilities

By car:
The joint municipality of Geestequelle lies to the northwest in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme). You can reach the main administrative town of Oerel from Bremerhaven via the A 27 towards Bremen (exit Beverstedt) and via the B 71 towards Beverstedt and Basdahl.

From Hamburg, follow the A 26 and B 73 in the direction of Stade or the A 1 in the direction of Bremen (exit Bockel) and then the B 71 in the direction of Zeven and Bremervörde. In Bremervörde, follow the B 71 in the direction of Bremerhaven.

From Bremen and Hanover you can reach Oerel via the A 27 towards Bremerhaven (exit Ritterhude) and the B 74 (via Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Hambergen and Basdahl).

The Freitag farm belongs to the municipality of Hipstedt in the joint municipality of Geestequelle and is located approx. 6.5 km from the main administrative town of Oerel.

Public transportation

Heinschenwalde train station, approx. 3.8 km away

From Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven, take the Elbe-Weser-Bahn (EVB) to Heinschenwalde and Oerel stations. From Hamburg, take the S-Bahn (S 5) from Hamburg main station to Buxtehude. There you change to the EVB in the direction of Bremerhaven. You can find more information about the train connections at www.bahn.de.

From Bremen or Stade, you can take the historic Moorexpress on Saturdays and public holidays from May to October, which travels leisurely through the villages and stops in Basdahl-Kluste, among other places. A ticket must be booked in advance. You can find more information about the historic narrow-gauge railroad at www.moorexpress.de.

There are also bus connections to Hipstedt and Heinschenwalde, among other places. You can find more information here: www.vnn.de
