Between Bremervörde, Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven and close to the North Sea coast - in the idyllic village of Hipstedt - we offer you two vacation apartments and one apartment in a quiet, rural location.
Holiday apartment 1 is located on the upper floor and offers space for 10 people on approx. 115 square meters. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and full bathroom.
Apartment 2 extends over the upper floor and attic. It is approx. 120 sqm in size and has four bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, a large, cozy living room as well as a kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is located on the upper floor, has a size of approx. 58 sqm and is suitable for one to three people. There is an open sleeping and living area, which is connected to the kitchenette and dining area. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
Extra beds, washing machine and dryer are available in all three apartments.
The beds are freshly made when you move in, and towels are also included. A crib can be provided for an extra charge.
On our farm there are several fishing ponds, a petting zoo with fallow deer and red deer enclosure, a playground with swings, slide and pirate tower for the little guests and a barbecue area. You have the opportunity to relax in several rest and seating areas as well as on the sun terrace. In our "Sauhütte" - a farm café and beer garden - we offer you regional specialties.
For horse owners there are several large horse boxes availableand for hunters there are hunting opportunities by arrangement. The hunting ground starts directly at the property and has plenty of fallow deer and wild boar

The joint municipality of Geestequelle lies to the northwest in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme). You can reach the main administrative town of Oerel from Bremerhaven via the A 27 towards Bremen (exit Beverstedt) and via the B 71 towards Beverstedt and Basdahl.
From Hamburg, follow the A 26 and B 73 in the direction of Stade or the A 1 in the direction of Bremen (exit Bockel) and then the B 71 in the direction of Zeven and Bremervörde. In Bremervörde, follow the B 71 in the direction of Bremerhaven.
From Bremen and Hanover you can reach Oerel via the A 27 towards Bremerhaven (exit Ritterhude) and the B 74 (via Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Hambergen, Basdahl and Oerel).
The municipality of Hipstedt is approx. 6.5 km from the main administrative town of Oerel.

Tip: During your stay, take a hike on the NORDPFAD Hölzerbruch-Malse, which runs right past the house. The NORDPFAD Hinzel is also nearby.
