The former agricultural school (left) and the former home economics school (right) are connected by a glass atrium.
The hotel rooms are located on the second floor of both buildings and the old agricultural school is home to the FOKUS cultural center - Forum for Cultural Creation.
Theater, cinema, cabaret and children's events and exhibitions are regularly held there. There is a large playground for children.
