Hotel Nigel

In Bergen an der Dumme, on the old salt trade route, the small Hotel Nigel welcomes its guests with 16 comfortably furnished rooms. The hotel also offers a restaurant, a bowling alley and a wine bar. All rooms also have their own bathroom, Wi-Fi and TV.

The in-house restaurant serves freshly prepared dishes for dinner. The changing theme weeks offer a special treat. A small, cozy beer garden is also available in summer.

The small town of Bergen has plenty to offer, including an outdoor pool and an equestrian center. Nearby in the small village of Göhr, in the middle of Swinmark, there is also a borderland museum.

From here, excursions to the Elbhöhen-Wendland Nature Park or the nearby Altmark to the Green Belt are well worthwhile. We also recommend cycling through the unique roundels and visiting the "Wendlandhof" open-air museum in Lübeln.
