Relax from everyday life in our lovingly furnished vacation apartments, completed in 2012, or in our double rooms. We also offer many cozy places for camping guests on the extensive farm grounds.
The large old hall with table tennis table, foosball table and pool table and a barbecue area is available to all our guests. In addition, the courtyard and the orchard offer plenty of space and lots of corners to run around, play and relax. You are also welcome to go stalking with the landlord.
The ideal location between Hamburg and Bremen makes us an excellent starting point for excursions to the Hanseatic cities of Bremen, Hamburg, Lüneburg and Stade or to the old cathedral city of Verden. The North Sea near Cuxhaven and the Lüneburg Heath are also within easy reach.
There are numerous cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. The district town of Rotenburg (Wümme) with its small pedestrian zone and the great Ronolulu adventure pool as well as the spacious outdoor pool in Sottrum are only a few minutes away by car.

Directions & Parking facilities
- Waffensen is a district of Rotenburg (Wümme). You can reach Waffensen by car from Bremen or Hamburg via the A 1 (exit Stuckenborstel) and B 75 (exit Waffensen). If you are coming from Hanover, follow the A 27 (Verden Nord exit) and take the B 215 towards Rotenburg (Wümme) and then the B 75 towards Waffensen.Parking

The district town of Rotenburg (Wümme) is very easy to reach by train. The railroad company "metronom" offers a direct connection between Hamburg and Bremen, with Rotenburg (Wümme) as a stopover. The EVB also runs between Verden and Rotenburg (Wümme), making it easy to travel from Hanover or Minden. Bicycles can be taken on all of these train connections. Our accommodation is located near the NORDPFAD Wümmeniederung. It is particularly hiker-friendly in terms of facilities and service, and we can provide you with lots of information about the NORDPFADEN and the region. We also have washing, drying and cleaning facilities for your clothes and shoes.
