Blossoms and wild otters

On a guided two-hour tour through the Otter Center in Hankensbüttel, you will be expertly guided through exciting details about the native marten species and their habitats. Here you can observe the playful otters that give the center its name and other native species such as badgers, martens and polecats in their natural habitats. The small wild animals are enchanting with their big googly eyes. After this experience, enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant of the Otter Center at Lake Isenhagen.

The tour then continues to Grandpa Erny's garden in Weißenberge near Wahrenholz. There you will immerse yourself in lovingly designed garden spaces. Lush flowers, artistic arrangements and idyllic spots create an oasis of calm. During a guided tour of the landscape park, you will learn more about the creation and vision of the garden, interesting facts about bees and the variety of plant species. You can round off the excursion with a slice of Heidjer cake and a pot of coffee in the conservatory.
