Herbal courses from the medicinal plant school with Brigitte

Many herbs that grow on our doorstep are well-known medicinal plants that help us to stay healthy. At the lecture, you will learn about eight native medicinal plants that you can use as teas, poultices, tinctures or ointments. Homemade remedies for home use will be demonstrated during the lecture. Teas, ointments, syrups, tinctures, emulsions, liqueurs, thick juices and much more.

Many plants that grow right on our doorstep help us to stay healthy throughout the year, even on a small budget. On the walk, you will learn about their healing effects and dangers.

Learn how to make your own remedies for home use in one day. Using plants from the surrounding area, you will learn the theoretical and practical basics of making remedies for home use. You will make a cough syrup, wine extract and an ointment. We collect a few herbs in the morning and then spend the whole day indoors. Herbs are added to the culinary side of snack, lunch and afternoon snack.

You will learn lots of interesting facts about the medicinal plants that grow in Sattel. Which ones can be added to risotto or used as a remedy? Which is simply there to admire? The hike takes place in the morning. We cook a simple lunch, a 4-course herb menu, together with the plants we have collected.
