Bisonfarm Essel GbR

The Essel Bison Farm offers its customers a wide variety of prime cuts, roasts, and roulades from bison slaughtered on-site in the Aller-Leine Valley, available seasonally during slaughter periods. Here you can find frozen bison burger patties and bratwurst year-round for the grilling season; liver sausage, “Knipp,” and ham; prepared hides, skulls, and other trophies upon request; as well as soup bones and frozen products for use as dog food.
