Since 1956, the name Fleischerei Schaarschmidt has stood for good taste, top quality and the best meat and sausage products. Today, the more than 50-year-old meat tradition is being continued in the second and third generation and we are very proud of this.

The regional origin of our animals, a high demand for the best quality and freshness in combination with a masterly and artisanal production in our in-house production are the basis for our good products and together with our 17 employees we ensure one thing above all: satisfied customers.
