Make your Heide holiday unforgettable and create your own personal souvenir. Fresh herbs grow directly in front of the farm shop, which you can cut, sniff and taste yourself. You can use them to create your own individual herbal salt, herb oil or vinegar - with the flavours you like best. A wonderful souvenir of your stay and a great gift to take home!

My products are created with great care and passion - from cultivation to processing. Fresh herbs grow directly in front of the farm shop, where you can cut, sniff and taste them yourself. The chillies are harvested by hand, carefully processed and refined into unique specialities. Each product is produced in small quantities and with the highest quality - without artificial additives, but with 100% natural flavour. The result is a real piece of Lüneburg Heath that you can take home with you!
