Sport and exercise, recreation and relaxation in a beautiful, gently undulating course between Mahner Berg and Straut Valley near Liebenburger Forst. Free taster courses every Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm. The gastronomic offer and the embedding in the sculpture trail also invite non-athletes to visit.
