The family farm in the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley Biosphere Reserve grows crops and keeps chickens in mobile henhouses. This free-range farming promotes the welfare of the chickens and ensures high-quality eggs. Visitors can enjoy nature while hiking, cycling, fishing or relaxing on the banks of the Elbe. The farm warmly invites you to visit it.
The former milking parlor has been open as a self-service farm store since December 2020. The farm store offers its own and regional products every day: Eggs, pasta, farm liqueur, flour, baking mixes, honey, fruit spreads, meat and meat products from chicken, pork, beef and game, dairy products, sheep's cheese, juice, baked goods, nuts, oil, potatoes and seasonal fruit and vegetables. Payment is easy via a self-service checkout, where customers can scan the items and pay by cash or card.
