The newly built church was consecrated in 1821. It is the third to be built on its current site after being destroyed by fire. In the tower room there are beautiful stained glass windows from 1923, which were previously in the nave. The two bells date from 1821 and 1844. The new organ was installed in 1972/73. It has 22 stops and 1386 pipes.
