Korn- und Senfmühle Blumenhagen

The motorized mill in Edemissen-Blumenhagen has been undergoing continuous restoration for museum use since 2009. In 2019, it was expanded to include a mustard mill and, in addition to mustard, also offers hand-ground flours. There are various creative varieties of owl mustard and flours for sale - be sure to try them out. The mill was built in the 1920s and much of it has been preserved. The couple Swantje Hupel and Henning Treumann have revived the grain and mustard mill in Blumenhagen and are enthusiastic about the mill and its features day after day.
