Tickets can be purchased online via the ticket store (payment by Mastercard, VISA or Paypal) or, of course, at the Planetarium box office during the Planetarium's opening hours. The Planetarium box office always opens 30 minutes before the start of a public event.
Reduced tickets are only valid with appropriate proof. Group discounts are not available via the ticket store. Please contact the ticket hotline by telephone.
After the start of an event, admission to the planetarium dome is no longer possible. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Tickets are not transferable. Tickets that have already been purchased lose their validity.

On foot from Wolfsburg main station:
The Wolfsburg Planetarium is easy to reach on foot from Wolfsburg Central Station. Follow Porschestraße until you reach the art museum. Walk past the art museum under the underpass and past the white giraffe. The walk is approx. 1.5 km and takes about 15-20 minutes.
Getting there by bus:
The bus stops Theater, Kunstmuseum and CongressPark are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 2-3 minutes' walk).
Parking facilities:
Parking is available in the parking lot of the Theater Wolfsburg and in the parking garage at the CongressPark. Bus parking spaces are located directly at the Planetarium.
