Radwegekirche St. Antonius - Fintel
St. Antonius Church in Fintel was first mentioned in a document in 1426. It was built in the brick Neo-Gothic style. Inside the church is a treasure trove of carved wooden figures, which come from the remains of various altars in the medieval churches that preceded it.
In 2001, the church received a new organ from master organ builder Kristian Wegscheider of Dresden. It blends harmoniously with the church’s architectural style: the organ façade and the sound of the 16 stops reflect German Romantic organ building around 1870, as do the materials used.

As an “open-air church along the bike path,” the church is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the summer months. This gives visitors the opportunity to visit the church even outside of worship service times, for a brief moment of reflection and prayer.

Openings
- The church can be viewed from the outside at any time. As an “open bike path church,” it is accessible daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from April through October.
Visits are also possible on weekdays during the winter months; please contact the church office to arrange a visit.
Church services are held every Sunday starting at 10:00 a.m.
