On our more than 5 hectare site there are over 200 animals, 50 different species are represented, such as, flamingos, parrots, storks (white storks have been bred and released into the wild for years), emus, nandus, cranes, birds of prey, alpacas, miniature goats, miniature pigs, kangaroos, porcupines, lynxes, wild cats, deer and (what would a zoo be without them) monkeys, children's favourites.
Special features
- Successful settlement and breeding of free-flying white storks in the zoo.
- For the children, there is also, as a special attraction, a petting zoo and a playground.
- Whether it is the imposing pink cockatoos or the colourful parrots, right behind the entrance, the feathered creatures move into the centre of attention with loud calls and singing.
- The children's playground was expanded in 2017 with a new play landscape. It invites children to romp around after a visit to the zoo.
