Vogelbeck
Located close to the B3, on the edge of the Leinetal valley, Vogelbeck is one of the largest districts in the town of Einbeck with approx. 967 inhabitants (as of 02.01.2024).The place name of the sprawling village is presumably derived from the nearby Vogelsburg and the stream of the same name, the Vogelbeke. First mentioned in a document in 1352, it is assumed that the village is much older.

Im Leinetal, dicht an der B3, befindet sich die Einbecker Ortschaft Vogelbeck.
Mit dem PKW erreicht man Vogelbeck von Einbeck aus über die B3 nach ca. 8 km und etwa 9 - 10 Minuten Fahrzeit. Dabei passiert man den Flecken Salzderhelden.
Für die Anfahrt per Rad über Altendorfer Tor und Salzderhelden sind es ca. 8 km und etwa 27 Minuten Fahrzeit.
Der Ort ist durch den Bahnhof Salzderhelden (in ca. 3,0 km Entfernung) gut an das Bahnnetz angeschlossen.
