It begins at Carl-Diem Way then follows "To the Riesswarte" which takes you to Kuventhal and through (7 km). After that, it goes from Kuventhal towards Eimen to Rengershausen (15 km). From Rengershausen, it passes by Vardeilsen, then continues through Kohnsen (7 km). Finally, it goes from Kohnsen back to Carl-Diem Way, where you travel via the Landwehr to reach To the Riesswarte again (6 km).

You can reach the start from Einbeck Mitte train station in about 21 minutes (1.7 km on foot). By car from Einbeck Mitte to the nearest parking lot, it takes about 3 minutes (Parking lot at the indoor pool 1.3 km), and then you can reach the start within 13 minutes (1 km) on foot, or you can park in the residential area on the side of the street.

At the end, the Indoor and Outdoor Pool Einbeck would be a great option to relax in the evening, and there is also the possibility to visit the Auszeit Sen's Bistro at the pool where the love for food is highly valued.Â
